1. Information We Process

We process information you provide, including property listing URLs, uploaded photos, selected style, generated previews, email addresses, payment metadata, and support messages.

Some photos may include personal data, such as people, addresses, license plates, interiors, or personal objects. You must only submit this content when you have a lawful basis and permission to do so.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide renovation previews, process payments, send preview-ready emails, maintain private links, operate the public gallery when you opt in, prevent abuse, provide support, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.

3. AI and Service Providers

We may send submitted images and prompts to AI infrastructure providers to generate previews. We also use service providers such as Stripe for payments and Resend for email delivery. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy documentation.

4. Payments

Stripe processes card and payment information. Renovista stores payment status, checkout identifiers, amounts, currency, and the email address returned by Stripe where available. We do not store card numbers.

5. Public Gallery

Previews are private by default unless you opt into public display. Public previews may be visible to anyone and may be indexed by search engines if public indexing is enabled. Private previews are unlisted but accessible to anyone with the private link.

6. Retention

We keep previews and related records while needed to provide the service, maintain payment records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations. You can ask us to delete or unpublish a preview.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data. You may also request that a public preview be removed.
