1. What Renovista Does

Renovista lets you submit property listing URLs or upload property photos so we can generate AI renovation previews. The previews are visual concepts only. They are not architectural, engineering, valuation, construction, or legal advice.

2. Your Rights and Responsibilities

By submitting a URL, image, photo, listing, or other content, you confirm that you have all rights, permissions, licenses, and legal bases needed for Renovista to access, copy, process, transform, store, display, and, if you opt in, publish the resulting preview.

You are responsible for the content you submit and for making sure your use of Renovista does not breach third-party terms, copyright, database rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, confidentiality obligations, platform rules, or applicable law.

You must not submit content that you do not have permission to use, content that contains personal data without a lawful basis, or content from sources where your intended use is prohibited.

3. License You Grant Us

You grant Renovista a limited license to use submitted content and generated outputs as needed to provide the service, operate the product, prevent abuse, process payments, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

If you choose to add a preview to the public gallery, you also grant Renovista permission to display, reproduce, host, and promote that generated preview publicly until you ask us to remove it or we remove it ourselves.

4. Public and Private Previews

Private previews are unlisted and accessible through an unguessable link. They are not password-protected, so anyone with the link may be able to view them.

Public previews may appear in the Renovista gallery or marketing surfaces. Do not opt into public display unless you have permission for public use of the submitted content and generated output.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Paid unlocks are tied to the specific preview or credit purchase shown at checkout. Taxes, payment failures, refunds, and chargebacks may be handled through Stripe or Renovista support.

6. Takedowns

If you believe content on Renovista infringes your rights or should not be public, contact us with the preview link and a clear explanation. We may remove content at our discretion.

7. No Affiliation

Renovista is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Idealista or any other real estate platform unless stated otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

Renovista is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from content submitted by users or third-party claims related to that content.
